Today I officially tick off a goal set about 12yrs ago...woohoo shes off to Uni. Achieved L1,2,3 with Excellence. Doin a double major in Film n media and (of course) Maori at Akl Uni. My keen little learner with big brown eyes so open to the world def had a bright spark goin on between those 2 ears.....so I took it upon myself to force this lil Miss to work hard towards greater education to have choices I didnt because travel and work/money were easier (apparently lol). Thankfully each of her last 12yrs has been positive with awesm achievements along the way that soooo helped this journey. Thanks to the many teachers n kaiako for all ur gifts of knoweldge, to friends n whanau for supporting n nuturing her n my hubby for dealing with all our girly up n down tantrum stuff :) Congrats my girl Baylee Watene-Kay.
