Today, I posted a picture on my Instagram. It was a picture of a person wearing a leather jacket, which states f*** god believe in yourself. A little boy responded, who many of you know as Austin Fitzpatrick. He stated, and I quote maybe the reason youre so fat is because god is punishing you. #squidselfpitty and he used another hashtag which insulted a very good friend of mine. Had this been a few months ago, I would not have taken this too well. However, unknown to this little shit, things have changed. Since the beginning of the year, Ive dropped over 30% body fat. Ive lost at least 3 pant sizes. I dont hate looking at myself in the mirror anymore. Ive still got a ways to go before Im at where I want to be, but Im getting there. As some of you may have noticed, my self confidence has increased dramatically in recent months, due mostly to the changes Ive caused for myself, as well as my amazing friends and family. I cannot thank you wonderful people enough for being there for me. Now, I would also like to point out a few ironies in his limp wristed attempt at an insult. 1. Im an Atheist. Trying to tell me that something I dont believe in is punishing me is hilarious. Maybe I should tell you the reason you cant get a great girlfriend anymore is because Zeus saw how you jacked up the best relationship youll ever have and is now damning you to nothing but downgrades. 2. While I am an Atheist, Im not a religious idiot. According to Christianity, God loves me. Hes is loving and understanding, and he is forgiving. That doesnt quite fit into punishing me. 3. If making me fat is gods idea of a punishment, then that is one lazy deity In conclusion: what he has said means nothing to me. It holds about as much water as Westboro Baptist Churchs arguments. Why? Because I dont believe in god. I believe in myself. And this insult is coming from a baby faced friendless pissant who drives his downgrade girlfriend around in a puke green POS Cadillac. Excuse me while I continue to laugh at you Austin.
