Today I shared my lunch with a homeless guy at hyde park. He was so young, just 21 and his life had obviously been tough. It made me think as I was out on my £500 bike trying to lose a bit of unwanted fat (from having too keen an eye at dinner time)... That some people have such a hard life and yet we often ( those of us with jobs, extra cash for treats, cinema, luxury items like bikes, cars etc) complain about our lives without realising how lucky we are to be in employment and to have a roof over our heads. So I thought about it and I feel it would be a kind gesture to donate some money for someone less fortunate than myself and what better time than the run up to Christmas when the spirit of giving is in the crisp air :-) and when people truly need help in the winter months... It is freezing out there!! So please if you read this message perhaps you can donate some money towards reserving a christmas dinner for a homeless person or even look at other avenues of donating to someone less fortunate. When the chips are down sometimes all you need is the slightest helping hand to get on your feet again :-) Many Thanks Maggie xxx Ps please share!! :-)
