Today I spent most of the afternoon on the phone with my 2 biggest vendors. Projected numbers look as if I will be paying for some of the Beyonce and Rhianna Concerts out of my own pocket . Keep in mind my prices have been well below other vendors and at or below Face Value and if I am below face value that is where a large problem incurs. They have given me the lovely option again of selling the business. I do not want to do that for I started this for family and friends and just expanded beyond what i could handle, so we are going to work together to clean things up. These changes are NOT Directed at 1 person, group, city, state, or country, it is not traced to any 1 thing, people or persons. In order to do this I will be sending out a series of posts explaining Changes, from deposit system, required payapal and an extensive Delete Campaign. These changes will be due to the fact too many people are signing up for tickets and not purchasing, and other various mishaps that is either leaving me with inventory or causing me to cover costs. All in all I want to help everyone but I cant help over 600 people with over 100 people to add with out either being stricter on policy or people sticking to the honor system. The honor system doesnt seem to be working so I will have to try the stricter policy. I am working on a hard personal project tonight so i will try to these posts out tonight but I am not sure I am able. But here is my start and warning.
