Today I turned 59 years old. My daughter and son prayed for me this morning and thanked God that I am still alive. I was suppose to be dead (according to medical records) 31 years ago. They almost lost me twice in the hospital this past September. I will live the rest of my life with a device in my heart that when my heart stops beating it will send an electrical jolt to get my heart started again. This device does not heal nor correct my condition. The doctors said that my heart may never operate above the 13% capacity that it is presently operating at. This discovery was made in September 2014. I look in the mirror every morning but I do not see someone who looks bent over and sick. Regardless of what medical technology proves, God is still sustaining me and keeping me looking younger than I am. People speak the religious rhetoric about what I should speak and what I should not speak but I KNOW God uses doctors to confirm His miraculous power. It is not based on what we speak or do not speak, Isaiah 43:13b says that GOD ACTS AND NOBODY CAN REVERSE WHAT HE DOES. I have not lived a perfect life but I have lived a repentant life. When God shows me the wrong in my life I repent and strive to live in obedience to Him. A simple formula taught in the scriptures. Im not afraid to die but it appears that God still wants me here for a while longer. So with this in mind I say with bold conviction to all my fbf, turn off your religious programs, open your bibles (find a version that you can understand) and develop a personal relationship with God. Do not base your relationship with God on what someone else said, but read and study the bible for yourself. I suggest that you start with Isaiah chapters 40-44 to find out what God has said about Himself. This is my birthday gift to all.
