Today, I used almost every cooking tool I had. Cast iron skillet, to brown the beef roast. Crock pot, to cook the beef roast. Sun oven, to cook both rice and quinoa for the week. Finally, the pressure cooker, to cook the entire, still slightly frozen chicken to falling off the bone in a little over an hour. As Jason is now asleep, the noise from cleanup will have to wait until morning. Darn. However, there will be NO eating out this week, save a birthday tomorrow night.
