Today, I was sitting outside having a cigarette. I was watching my Lil Man playing in what little mud puddle there was in the driveway. I got thinking, I have no regrets of having to stay home since I was let go. Ive been able to watch my son grow in all aspects of life since Ive been home. He asks questions and I try to answer them in a way his little mind will understand; he has me watching either the Sprout channel, nickelodeon, or Disney Jr. I get to watch him play with his Thomas the trains, his dinosaurs or his cars. I get to listen to him learn new words. There are times I could get a break because he tries my patience, but I would not change the time Ive got spend with my Lil Man for anything in the world. I thank the Great Spirit every morning and every night for blessing me with such a gift. I thank him for both my babies. My plans are to get a part-time job and go back to school and get my Bachelors & Masters degrees in Social Work. I plan to never, ever come back and work for this Tribe.
