No cream Carbonara ~ Boil gluten free pasta in salted water, drain (keep a cup of water from the pot) In between that..quickly fry up (using spray, ww canola spread or sunflower oil, in a deep pan) - ham, garlic, diced onions, mushrooms, frozen peas and wholegrain mustard. Stirfry onion mushrooms and peas for a few minutes. In the same pan, throw in pasta, cup of water u kept from the pot, and an egg white. Whip together til mixture thickens. A creamy texture. Top with parmi cheese and parsely..season with salt n pepper. Done ;) carb overload for energy..without heavy carbs, oil, grease and fat. Healthier option for a favourite pasta dish. Your welcome..
