Today I was talking to a man who received a phone call while we were talking, and he received the news his entire family was killed by Government forces of Sudan because he wanted to bring attention to the genocide in South Sudan. I have never seen such pain. I pray to God no one ever feels that pain again. That is why I wrote about the genocide and our lack of support for the people being killed and displaced by the millions since this has beeen allowed to continue for the last 20 years. Our government and media talk about Syria but why not Sudan.
