Today I weighed out of the challenge. I leave tomorrow for Yosemite to hike Half Dome with my brother so I had to bow out a little early. So in 5 weeks I lost 18 pounds and lost 7.75 inches, measuring my stomach, chest and hips. I lost 4.4% body fat. We had a challenge work out and at the beginning of the challenge I did 139 reps. Today I did 150. I feel very good and I did not take some magic pill or drink any meals. I have tried a lot of those and they are not sustainable for me. What works FOR ME is eating the right foods and working out with the right people at the right gym. I still have a lot to do and I am motivated. Thank you Jaime Oliver Gordon for doing this with me, right by my side. Thank you Ali Ott for coaching and starting a gym with a great culture. Thank you Amanda Minton for creating this challenge and your passion about it. Thanks to Elise Reiser for coaching and encouraging. Thank you Andrea Westerfield for your kind words. Thank you Kally Tanasovich for keeping me positive and encouraging me. Thank you 9:30am class at CrossFit Zionsville. Here is to a healthier life, in my head first, and how I look and feel second. In total I am down 43 pounds. My next goal is to be lighter than I have ever been since I have been married.
