Today I went to the gym and rode the stationary bike. 5 miles. My new knee did really good. When I first got on the bike I couldnt even bend my knee enough to go all the way around. I did some back and forth motion with the pedals and all of a sudden the knee bent and I was able to keep going. My physical therapist told me the bike was the best way to get the knee working again.. So Ill be making my way every day to the gym to work this knee, and the rest of me..lol This is something I never would have been able to do if I hadnt lost 135 lbs in the last 10 months. I am now down to a size 12/14, and med/ large top. Had to buy a lot of new clothes for my cruise to Bermuda in 2 weeks. Definitely feeling good!!!
