Today Im suddenly reminded how much I miss my late Opah and decided to cook the one dish that I learnt from her. With grandma in my heart, recipe in my head, Masterchef Gordon Ramsay in my ears (Start plating, lets go!), I present you Baby Kai Lan in Oyster Sauce. Then had a stroll with my youngest - some one on one time. That was my little Monday break. Feels like its going to be a fantastic week ahead. Have a good one everyone!
