Today Miriam Kalaminsky Maslanik felt compelled to share Elton Johns Tiny Dancer It is a favorite of mine. She doesnt normally share music or videos. I commented that is was like sunshine on a rainy day! I listened to it twice. Later in the day I took Max for a ride to buy the Sunday paper. I then felt compelled to go to McDonalds to order a burger for Max and an Ice coffee for me. While in line at the drive thru I hear TINY DANCER ! Its coming from the vehicle behind me. I can get a good look because its still in the curve of the drive thru. I dont know which looked more forlorn the vehicle or the gentleman driving it. He was looking downward and looked like he had the weight of the world on his shoulders! As I rolled down my window his head came up and he looked in my direction. I was smiling from ear to ear. He gave me an odd look. He probably thought I was deranged. lol I yelled a friend had felt the urge to post that on facebook earlier! Its like sunshine on a rainy day isnt it? He nodded and smiled. I rolled my window back up its very cold and windy here today. As I made my way thru the drive thru I couldnt help checking my rear view mirror. The man smiled all the way thru the drive thru. He looked 10 years younger. Maybe just maybe that song was meant for him! Thanks Miriam! So far today thats 2 people you brought a smile tooooooo! :)
