Today, Republican Senator Tom Colburn is introducing a bill in the Senate that requires all bills be justified by relating to the Constitution as to where you get the power to do that. Tom also said the government would not be $17 Trillion in debt if the government followed the Constitution. He did not get one Democrat to sign on to this bill. I have said many times that the Constitution is just a hindrance to Obama, his administration and the majority of the Democrats.
