Today Robert M. Bowman passed away. He was truly one of the most extraordinary people that I have ever known. He was an officer, a renowned scientist, a politician, an archbishop, and above all of that, he was my grandfather. He believed in God, his country, and he loved his family. My grandfather has always been an inspiration to me. He taught me that it is okay to dream big, to fight for what you believe in, and to go against the norm. He was one of my biggest supporters. My heart goes out to my grandmother, my family, and to those who loved him and whose lives were impacted by him. He will be missed. Rest in peace Papa.
