Today a woman asked me what was the craziest thing I have ever done.....I have never been one to do anything illegal or risky. I usually plan out my day, down to what I might say to someone...The only thing I can think of at the top of my head is traveling to New York with less than 12 hours notice, and no plans for rides(finally getting a ride from a friend I havent seen since 1999), no clothes, etc...just my laptop and my phone and two shirts. Spending a few nights alone in an expensive hotel room and wondering around in a small old town infested with huge fake squirrels...walking to a hospital to say goodbye to my dying father who has always been my rock. And hopping back on a plane with a missing piece out of my heart, knowing I shall never see my father again. This was the strangest experience I have ever had to say the least.-But it helped me to grow and it is a part of me I will cherish and hold close to my heart forever.
