Today and tomorrow well hear the CBI (Confederation of British Industries) talk about independence. Basically youll see/hear The white paper isnt viable, Scotland will be worse off economically, and theres too many uncertainties. But, heres what wont be reported; The CBI represents over 240,000 companies in the UK. Less than 2.3% of them are Scottish. The claims of an independent Scotland being worse off we all know to be nonsense. Scotland has generated on average £8.3 billion per year more than the rest of the UK and going on figures from the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-Operation & Development) an independent Scotland moves up many many places in the ranking of the worlds richest nations (I say many many because its disputed how many places we move up. Its not disputed that we do move up those rankings though!) So, utter nonsense that an independent Scotland is worse of financially. Also, if we stay in the UK, we help pay back £1.5 trillion of debt we didnt borrow and we didnt benefit from. But, if we go independent we take our share of debt and assets. Scotlands debt, £240 billion. The assets were due from the rest of the UK, £109 billion. So, stay united and help pay back money we didnt borrow from or go independent and automatically be richer with less debt!! No-brainer, troops!! Then the CBI finish with too many uncertainties. Well, the only reason theres uncertainties is because our Cameron refused to pre-negotiate terms with Scotland. Why did he go against the wishes of the people and refuse to pre-negotiate? Because hed have to admit to things like Scotland being able to use the pound if we wish. Basically, by refusing to pre-negotiate, he leaves himself and the no camp with as much ammo as possible for scaremongering through hypothetical situations and plain lies!! Its also worth bearing in mind at this point that we have The Edinburgh Agreement, assuring us that everyone acts in the best wishes & interest of the people upon successful independence meaning he cant screw us over once we vote yes! So, I believe Ive just shot down any credibility and point the CBI are making. And, the reason for this post is to point out that none of that will be in the mainstream media. Itll just be CBI says the white paper doesnt work, Scotland will be poorer and theres too many uncertainties! Someones also needing to point out to these useless gits that the white paper is the SNPs blueprint for an independent Scotland. Its a best case scenario IF we voted the SNP in 2016 and ITS NOT what were voting for in September! LIVE FOREVER VOTE YES :)
