Today at the artisan fair, I had two women walk up to my table, pick up my painted necklaces and say, oh, I could do that then proceeded to ask me how to do it. I opened my mouth to say how I do it only to have my friend kick me under the table. I gave a vague explanation. They walked away and she said, they want to know how to do it themselves, tell them you will show them for $100, otherwise, buy a necklace. Lol I have never seen jewelry like mine at any fair that I have been to. She is right, I would rather people didnt try to duplicate it.
