Today has been a great day for me! I absolutely LOVE my new job and the folks I work with! After work, Mom & I went to see Robert Christy. I wasnt expecting much change, but he was able to respond to questions by nodding his head yes and no. Mom asked if he wanted us to get him cleaned up, and he nodded yes. Then she asked if he was ready to get out of the hospital and he nodded yes again. The third question was are you hungry, and he shook his head No. No seems to be a bit harder for him, but its still progress!! When the tech came in to help change his bedding and get him cleaned up, she told him that we were going to roll him over, and he actually helped us roll him over!! He also was intentionally trying to scratch his nose, and then he sneezed three times. I dont have confirmation from the Doctors that he is better, but to me, my Mom, and my MIL he is getting better! PRAISE GOD!! It may be small steps, but Ill take all the steps I can get! Please continue to keep us in your prayers and pray that the improvements continue to come over the weekend.
