Today, im at First Aider On Wheels post to do a surprise visit. One of the volunteer had a good initiative. Though she may be new to our team, her initiative is really needed. When the ambulance came, paramedic and crews were attending to the casualty, she was not far from me, clearing the dangers at scene - the curious onlookers and their kids. At one point, a guy shoved me, and i heard her asking Sir, are you related to the casualty? Good job done there! We need more who can show us initiative and to groom them as leaders!
