Business Development Manager (Overseas Based):Key Roles & Responsibilities: Establish new markets for promoting sales in our overseas operations. Arrange registration of products with Ministry of Health and regulatory bodies of respective countries. Impart field training to the locally appointed medical representatives. Develop excellent PR with local relevant authorities to obtain business from govt and semi-govt institutions. Job Requirement: Science Graduates/Pharm-D/MBA. 4 to 5 years managerial experience in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing and Regulatory Affairs. Sales & Marketing Manager (International Marketing):Key Roles & Responsibilities: Manage all pharmaceutical export & marketing activities. Negotiate prices, criteria and other protocols with overseas distributors. Demonstrate exceptional planning, analytical and communication skills. Be willing to travel abroad extensively. Job Requirement: MBA/Masters Degree in Marketing Management or relevant field / Pharm-D. 4 to 5 years managerial experience in pharmaceutical Sales & Marketing. Product Manager:Key Roles & Responsibilities: Prepare and execute market plans for inline products. Recommend new product for addition to the line. Provide assistance to the sales manager in their sales operations. Monitor and report market trend and competitions. Job Requirement: MBBS / Pharm-D /MBA. 4 to 5 years Product Management experience in pharmaceutical industry. Finance Controller:Key Roles & Responsibilities: Preparation of Financial Accounts Plans for the company. Supervise and Manage Financial, Cost and Budgeting Activities. Supervise and manage Company Taxation and handling of all Corporate Governance matters. Liaison with banks, Financial institutions/Insurance companies. Design of MIS reporting and integration with the ERP Systems. Job Requirement: CA/ACMA or equivalent. 4 to 5 year experience in Pharma industry / FMCG Company in similar position. Manager Internal Audit:Key Roles & Responsibilities: Develop overall audit strategy and undertake periodical and annual audit programmes and reports. Monitor/supervise and control all work being executed by the internal audit staff. Appraise progressively the soundness, adequacy and application of the internal control systems. Confirm compliance to audit observation and other legal and regulatory requirements. Job Requirement: CA Finalist or equivalent. 4-5 year experience in Pharma industry / FMCG Company in similar position.
