Today in our 2500 clients and 2 years of experience, we had the strangest first experience. Ive got a money back policy in case people do not avail our services due to a valid reason. This means we will refund for any sessions you havent made use of. A client did not desire to continue so we told her that she could have her money back. To which she said that she had not learnt anything, it was a waste and she wanted all of her money back. After hearing that and reading the conversation she had been having with my assistant I gave all her money back but it broke my heart. I work day and night to help my clients. I put in huge amounts of effort. Even though we have a team, I deal with and attend the weekly sessions. But it seemed like it was so insignificant. It just didnt matter. It was useless. I really cant believe that people would not even think that it is someones right to charge for their services. Its like I hire a teacher and refuse to give her salary because she is not a good enough teacher according to me. #still #cant #believe #it #smh
