Lamb Frozen Ground $11.99/ LB French Cut Rack $18.99/ LB Game Birds Frozen duck breast $15.99/ LB All-natural turkey $3.59/ LB Frog IQF package frog legs (8/package) $6.99/ LB Recipes BAKED MONKFISH Ingredients 1/4 cup butter, melted 3/4 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 4 (8 ounce) fillets monkfish 4 tablespoons bread crumbs Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, paprika, salt and pepper. Place the fish fillets on a non-stick or parchment lined baking sheet. Brush the fillets evenly with the butter mixture and sprinkle the bread crumbs over the tops of each fillet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. FISH CHOWDER 2 tablespoons butter 2 cups chopped onion 4 fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 stalk celery, chopped 4 cups chicken stock 4 cups diced potatoes 2 pounds cod, diced into 1/2 inch cubes 1/8 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning TM, or to taste salt to taste ground black pepper to taste 1 cup clam juice 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 (12 fluid ounce) cans evaporated milk In a large stockpot, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat. Saute onions, mushrooms and celery in butter until tender. Add chicken stock and potatoes; simmer for 10 minutes. Add fish, and simmer another 10 minutes. Season to taste with Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper. Mix together clam juice and flour until smooth; stir into soup. Remove from heat, and stir in evaporated milk. Serve. BROILED TILAPIA PARMESAN Ingredients ½ cup Parmesan cheese ¼ cup butter, softened 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice ¼ teaspoon of dried basil ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper 1/8 teaspoon of onion powder 1/8 teaspoon of celery salt 2 lbs of tilapia fillets Directions Preheat your oven’s broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line a pan with aluminum foil. In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season with dried basil, pepper, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well and set aside. Arrange fillets in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a couple more minutes. Remove the fillets from the oven and cover them with the Parmesan cheese mixture on the top side. Broil for two more minutes or until the topping is browned and the fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not the overcook the fish.
