Today is Record Store Day!!! Be sure to support your local neighborhood record store! Now I believe it is likely that many of my stoner/DJ fans will think this is an ideal opportunity to post a comment that suggests I should press our albums on vinyl. Fortunately, this is also an ideal opportunity for me to post a reply comment that says there is no arfing way were going to press our albums on vinyl, because only you and 26 other people in the entire world actually want vinyl, and 23 of you would ask for a free copy because it was your idea. Besides, all our albums were recorded digitally on computers, its not like they were ever mastered for vinyl or pressed as LPs in the past. Asking me to press my albums on to vinyl is like replacing your car tires with wagon wheels. And then driving to Aspen for more pot. Yes, vinyl is cool for some bands, but for Richard Cheese & Lounge Against The Machine, it doesnt make any sense. Now I know youre about to type a comment that says, Aw man, you should really reconsider, a lot of people I know would totally buy your records on vinyl! But we already checked with your buds and they wont. So, just a reminder: no vinyl. End of disc-ussion. (Get it? Ha ha, dude.) Anyway, Happy Record Store Day, dudes! Please go visit your local record store today, they would love to see you and your denim jacket. --RC
