What you need for Registration NO registrations will be accepted without ALL registration requirements provided at the time of sign-ups. These are: 1. COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE (for ALL PLAYERS/Cheerleaders), 2. REGISTRATION FEES, 3. PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN MUST BE PRESENT with PHOTO ID 4. 2 RECENT COLOR HEADSHOT PHOTOS OF YOUR CHILD (no bigger than 1-1/2” x 2”). All football & cheerleading equipment MUST be returned prior to registration.
