please save CAMEMBERT! this adorable little sweetheart is BLIND, so NYC AC&C wants to MURDER her!!! CAMEMBERT is a 3-year-old tortie darling who came to the ACC with 11 of her best friends, when their former owner passed away. This delightful girl is blind, which probably doesnt slow her down in familiar surroundings, but which added a whole new level of anxiety to her transition into the ACC. It comes as no surprise that CAMEMBERT has been nervous in the shelter, so it follows that her New Hope rating comes as no surprise either. There is zero reason for CAMEMBERT to die tomorrow, not with millions of people close by who could work with a rescue group to bring her home....but will they? Will one person make the difference for CAMEMBERT, or will she suffer a painful death, blind eyes searching fruitlessly for her much-loved, much-missed former owner?
