Today is Willie Nelsons 81st Birthday. Born as Willie Hugh Nelson on April 30th, 1933, in Abbott, Texas. He presently lives in Maui, Hawaii. His neighbors are Kris Kristofferson, Woody Harrelson, and Owen Wilson. He has been married 4 times, divorced three times, and had a total of 8 children. His first wife was to Martha Matthews, they divorced in 1962, after 10 years of marriage. They had two daughters together, Lana and Susie. They also had a son, Billie, but he died by suicide in 1991. That marriage was marked with violence and assault, more on his wifes part. She once sewed him up in a bedsheet and beat him with a broomstick. His second wife was to Shirley Collie, they divorced in 1971, after 8 years of marriage. They split up because of Willies affair with another woman and fathered a child with out of wedlock, whod become his third wife. His third wife was to Connie Koepke, they divorced in 1988, after 17 years of marriage. They had two daughters together, Paula and Amy. His 4th and last wife is to Annie DAngelo, they been married now 23 years. They have two sons together, Lukas Autry and Jacob Micah. He is into genealogy, and traced his roots back to the Revolutionary War. In 1981, while swimming in Hawaii, his lung collapsed, was rushed to hospital. Every time his lungs became congested, hed temporarily stop smoking, then start up again. He has been arrested several times for Pot Possession. He has studied Jujitsu and judo and kung fu, plus has black belts in Tae Kwon Do and Gong Kwon Yusul.
