Today is a bittersweet day...It is the last day that I will be at Westlake High School as a teacher. My heart breaks knowing that I will not be teaching my students or working with all the amazing group of people from that building. The exciting part of this day is that I am able to move onto a position where I can support many schools, not just one. I will miss my students and co-workers terribly, but know that I can support them through diversity and through Latinos in Action in the district.
