Today is a bittersweet day for me; my baby girl is turning 19, but she is far away, and I cant give her a birthday hug. When the nurse finally handed her to me in the hospital I was terrified by the overwhelming responsibility of raising her without messing her up! Today, we are spending her birthday apart, because she is in Guatemala serving God. I am not even claiming to have a part in the person she has become (That is a shining example of Gods faithfulness. ), but at least I didnt mess her up too much! Happy 19th Birthday, Maya! I love you so so much!
