Today is a brand new day and we have two choices; 1) We (Sheriff Sealey supporters) can gloat, post arrogant comments on our FBs, and basically act in a way that resembles the behavior of those exercising dirty politics that sent us all into a rage to begin with, OR 2) We can appreciate the fact that God allowed an additional 7500 people to see through the dirty politics and be thankful that He has allowed Sheriff Sealey to serve our county for another four years. We can help those who were misled by sharing the information needed to improve the environment of our county. We can honor the reason we have supported Sheriff Sealey all along by behaving in the manner in which he has always carried himself, with respect for others, with dignity and with the welfare of our fellow citizens above all else (all = lies, mudslinging, ugly behavior, etc.). Because what it all comes down to is, we chose Sheriff Sealey because we knew he was a good Christian man, who cares about this county and its citizens so much that he is willing to sacrifice his own personal life to get out and work beside his officers, to help anytime hes sees a need or anytime hes asked, EVEN for those who have slandered him BECAUSE that is his JOB. We can carry ourselves in a manner which will allow him to be proud of us, while getting involved in our communities, starting a neighborhood watch, any opportunity that arises. And those of you who fought to make sure Sheriff Sealey did NOT go back into office, you also have two choices; 1) You can remain angry and bitter which will get you nowhere and benefit no one while complaining on social media which accomplishes nothing OR 2) You can accept the fact that Sheriff Sealey will be our Sheriff for the next four years and youll have another chance once his term is up & in the meantime we can ALL work together to try and take our county back from the criminals. Acknowledge that the ONLY way things will get any better is if we ALL work TOGETHER. Now...... The way we choose to go forward will determine OUR real intentions; whether it was to win or for the greater good of Robeson County. The choice is yours.........................
