Today is a day of honor. For those whose selfless gave part of themselves. First and foremost, I would like to say thank you to my brothers and sisters in arms current, past, and future. Second, I truly did not understand this holiday until I got out, but it makes me reflect of the relationships I made, where I have been, and what I have done while serving in our United States Navy. Third, if you dont understand this holiday and never served, actual spend time with a veteran. Talk with them and share in stories of all emotions and you will. Fourth, if you think this is just another holiday or is a bullshit day off.... Get your ass down to a recruitment center, put your time on the line, and then come talk to me in 4 years. In closing, I know way to many veterans to even try to tag you all and keep meeting more of them daily. On that note this song is for you all and honestly it is hard for me to keep dry eyes when I listen to it now. Happy Veterans Day and God bless.
