Today is a great day. My eldest starts 8th grade today at a new school and she is as excited as we are! I get to spend the day gathering stuff for my Lilys first birthday party this Saturday and that is an amazing feeling! Its hard to believe that a year ago Marjorie and I were at a very low point worried it would always just be the two of us. Despite the continued drive to build our family and going through all the DCS stuff, it was clear our internal light was dimming by the day. Lily came into our life and now a year later planning her birthday is mind blowing! Our great friends Amanda and Josh are coming from MO with Ethan to visit as well, so thats a huge bonus. Im excited to see everyone who is coming and I apologize if Im an emotional mess Saturday but I cant help it, my happy is extremely loud right now!
