Today is day 1 of the 5 week Better Body Challenge that I have committed to with Wild Workouts and Wellness. Ive been hitting the gym 4 days a week since January and I felt like I was ready to turn it up a notch. For the next 5 weeks Im going to give up drinking diet soda, keep a food intake diary, continue my 4 workouts a week at Planet Fitness, continue doing my Zumba class on Thursday nights, add a boot camp work out on Saturday mornings at Wild Workouts and Wellness and follow their advice on eating Wild. Weigh in was last night and before measurements and pictures have been taken....wish me luck!
