Today is mine and my husbands anniversary. I made him a quilt this year (which I do quite often). This one was a king sized quilt--the children were not tall enough to show it very well--plus with gust of winds in the 30 mph range didnt help any. I enjoyed making it, this was a BOM. My first and I enjoyed a lot--the only downfall was the last block came out mid October and I needed it finished by today--I finished it a week early--that includes quilting it on my home machine. I then took the left over fabric and was able to make him a throw quilt so he can have something to keep warm while watching his football games in his lazy boy chair. I made that one in about a day and a half--yes including quilting and binding it. I guess he is spoiled---well he has spoiled me for the last 35 years.
