Today is my 1st day of pre-contest leg training. Its time to get shredded! I blasted legs hard! My rep range is usually from 20 to 30 with minimum rest periods. My training changes for pre-contest especially for legs as they need serious attention to detail. I incorporate Jefferson lifts for more separation. I also perform hamstring leg press with placing my feet high on the leg press to target more hamstring and glutes muscle fibres. Note that my feet placement is also narrow for more quad sweep.
