Today is my oldest son, Ruans birthday. He is a young man of 17 years and Im so proud of him in every aspect and love him and all my children so much. Me and Suretha are so blessed with our lovely children!! Besides arranging everything for a family gathering tonight Im also planning and preparing myself for the following 2 days ahead of me. Well be out of town and Ill be staying at a guest house again. This time I opted for self-catering to ensure I eat what I must and not what is on the menu and thus Im preparing all my meals as far as possible to ensure that Ill be sorted. If I may say so myself, Im starting to become very good at this planning of my journey meals when Im taken out of my daily routine :) On request of Suretha, we had SW friendly pizzas for lunch. It remains a winner, no matter which way you look at it. Crushed cracker bread, eggs, onion, tomato, baby marrow and spices contributed to the end result of two mini pizzas ;). Now its time to double check and tick off my check list and ensure that Im 100% covered until Saturday and then it will be time to celebrate Ruans birthday with a barbecue.
