☆Today is the Ground Breaking Ceremony for the Bridge that will be build connecting Wentworth Point & Rhodes. The project is being delivered under a Voluntary Planning Agreement between the NSW government and the Landowners/Developers Billbergia Group, Sekisui House, Homebush Bay Properties & Homebush Bay Holdings at Wentworth Point. The bridge is worth $40 million and will create an estimated 2000 jobs in the area and will benefit up to 50,000 residents between Wentworth Point, Rhodes & Sydney Olympic Park.♤
