Today is the last day of September and I had a goal to lose 10lbs this month. I have had so many obstacles but the biggest is going from 30-35 hours a week to 60+ hours in a high stress atmosphere. This has made me refocus my energies to making sure I have time to sleep well and relax because I have little time for much else. I havent eaten quite as well this month, but no where near where I was 6 months ago. My workouts have become more sporadic, but Im getting them in when I can. This month has been about adjustment, knowing when too much is too much, and learning to say no to preserve my sanity. Where did I land a day early? I weigh..........................................................................................215 lbs. I have lost 110lbs, a small person since April. I have about 75lbs more to lose, and everything to gain. I have requested that my day off a week be a Tuesday or Thursday, both if I happen to get 2 days. That means???? ZUMBA. Im building my life around my fitness as much as I can. And my goal for October? No junk. None. Absolutely ZERO cheats. Criticize if you want, but 100% compliance with my nutrition is what Im going for. I have been cheating more and this is how I refocus myself. Moral of MY story, I will never quit. Ever. Ever. I spent 20 years giving up on myself. I WILL NEVER QUIT. You shouldnt either.
