Today is the start of 30 days of knowledge. A month dedicated to raising awareness about crps. Chronic regional pain syndrome is a rare, chronic and progressive condition which I was diagnosed with in Summer of this year in my right hand. Im very lucky as I have an amazing support group of friends, work mates and family but I often read about those who are surrounded by people with no knowledge, understanding or patience. Please at some point this month read a little bit about crps. Just incase. I am a crps warrior, but even the strongest warriors need an army behind them. Thank you all x x x
