Today knowing the soon process of having a port inserted and the side effect of chemo weigh heavy on my mind. I guess its more of the sadness in my heart that some of the places that have called me to sing may have to be rescheduled. The unknowns are being revealed sometimes too quickly they become like falling dominos. This is when you feel like taking the lesser percentage while taking your chances not going through the riggers of chemo. This is when the C words makes your heart seems to go to your throat. And why people come close and say they are sorry that I have to go through all this. Now Im hearing on the Christian radio songs with new ears. Im hearing the songs as if I held their pen as they wrote. Especially the bridge and the second chorus of Matt Redmond and Jonas Myrins song, YOUR GRACE FINDS ME There in the darkest night of the soul There in the sweetest songs of victory Your grace finds me Your grace finds me Im breathing in your grace. Im breathing out your praise. Your grace finds me.
