Today local school kids came again to ask me questions about my life- style and works on stone and my abstract drawings,they had some interesting questions......it is only a pity that now in japan there are no more children to be found in the schools.This class today has only 6 or 7 and this is happening all over in japan.Schools have to close and the children which are still to be found get a very special treatment,they are guided every morning by parents and even by 2 cars with special rotating lights on their roofs to and from school,the roads are guarded by the school teachers,cars have to wait to let the children pass first,it is like a fairy talefor the kids but I wonder and have my doubts.......I feel a bit sad for them in this over protected society,there is no more space or room for just playing alone or with your friends every step is decided for them............Well anyway I just hope that I had some rough back to basic influences on them,they seem to be happy at my place and did not want to leave,maybe there is still some hope left for these little precious kids...........
