Today marks and end of an era. I am leaving my safe zone, venturing into the unknown and am glad about it. I recommend the book entitled Half Time. Great read on moving forward in your career in your 40s. My job in customer service was to help and teach. I hope I did that for all those I have met over the years. Never a dull moment in the call center. Ive worked with family, wrecked two cars trying not to be late for storm mode, been cursed out, called every name in the book and have met many great people. I will not forget where I started. There are so many talented people in the center. I pray they get the opportunities they deserve. I thank everyone for the prayers and encouragement over the years. With that, lets get ready to put brakes on the car, purchase the work groups winning lottery ticket and celebrate new beginnings. #I will continue wearing purple on Friday.
