Today me, my family and friends helped celebrate my Great Grandmother 108th birthday! Although her birthday will be tomorrow November 9th, we decided to give her celebration dinner today!! So many people ask whats keeping her here so long, she must have done something good in her life! My great grandma, who we call Madea, has been a mother to everyone in our neighborhood! She raised me from a 3 day old baby to a grown woman! She helped mold me into the woman I am today, and I am so grateful to her for that! It is truly, truly a blessing to still have my great grandma in my life!! A year ago, my sisters and I was told that our great grandma was dying and that she would only live about 10 days! Here it is a year later, and shes still here telling everyone what to do, and cursing everyone out, lol!! It goes to show you, doctors have no control over our lives, only God has that control! We know that God is responsible for keeping her here with us, and I know that he will continue to keep her here with us! I can go on and on about Madea, but Im not! I will say Happy 108th bday momma, and I hope you have many, many more!!!
