Today, our President & CEO, Ramiro A. Cavazos had the privilege of welcoming the New America Alliance to San Antonio for their 2nd Annual NAA National Summit. The Alliance is organized on the principle that American Latino business leaders have a special responsibility to lead the process of building the forms of capital most crucial to Latino progress – economic capital, political capital, human capital and the practice of philanthropy. Ramiro was introduced by Frank Herrera Jr., Chairman of the Board for the NAA and shared remarks with the Honorable Trey Martinez Fischer, State Representative, House District 116 and Chairman of the Mexican American Legislative Caucus. These types of partnerships and efforts are critical to the continued evolution of access to capital and a seat at the decisions making table for the Hispanic Business Market.
