Today, someone commented that the “potential of our youth is extraordinary” (true!) and I would like to add that — The potential for each of us in this community to impact our youth and beyond is also extraordinary. Every day, we are shown that if we each do just one thing to touch the lives of a young person, improve our community’s landscape, or help one another, the trajectory of our Pueblo and even the world can be exponentially elevated... Earlier today, I received a most wonderful & unexpected International phone call from a dear friend, a young Indian man [who is on “Elevate”] who shared that he has been watching what is happening here and he is so inspired by what he sees. He wants(and plans) to do what we are doing here in Pueblo, but in his India. He said, “Elevate Pueblo, Elevate India! So we never know who is out there being inspired by our actions… Elevate Pueblo, Elevate the world!!
