.Today, the meeting was held between 100+ parents in the room, Ms. Kavitha Sahaya (VIBGYOR Management), Mr.Alistaire La Porte (Principal), Jayasree (Vice Principal), Mr.Baswaraj, Mr.Muneer, Mr. H.G. Mahesha (SI - Bangalore Police), Mr.Ramesh (Block Education Officer) and Mr.Satish (Education Co-coordinator). The agenda for this meeting was based on the prioritization of the concerns expressed by the people who filled out a survey on the 40 point agenda on this page. The Minutes of the Meeting (MoM) were prepared and the school is reviewing the same .It has been mutually agreed that the MoM would be consolidated, reviewed by both the parents and the management and circulated via the ERP by 2pm tomorrow After the conclusion of the meeting, the existing volunteers along with 30+ new volunteers are working towards setting up various task forces to track and audit the implementation of the discussed agenda in school.
