Today there were many gratifying moments.... Met many Parents.... Wonderful to see so many Ammas, Appas, Mamas, Grandparents and Siblings! People of all regions and backgrounds from the State and some from far away too.... One Gentleman who is a Farmer from Sathyamangalam was so kind to me and he said idhu Namma College inga! Another person who works for the Media from Trichy said he told his Son go to Chennai or study local, but boy said no where but KCT! And he said today I feel I am leaving him in a temple and very happy! Many Couple said we hear that Professors, Labs, Placements, Food etc is good.... Pl take care of them! A topper Father said pl dont thank us for choosing KCT as it is our fortune to be studying in an institution founded by Arultchelvar! Many more said our first Child studied here and very well settled and now again we are sure that our second child should study here! One of the best was when a worried looking Father said Sir, we are happy and we pray to Muruga a lot, happy to leave my Son in Kumaraguru! One Parent from Tirumala came and gave me Prasadam Laddus! Another Mother came to tell me that she was so happy today and her Husband who works for an MNC would love to help in college placements! One Businessman said his first daughter could not get here and he and his second daughter decided KCT many years ago! One IITian who has a very interesting start up brought his Niece to be admitted and had agreed to work along in the future.... I can go on! And what is amazing is the fact that so many have opted for KCT even when they have got other very good institutions and even aided ones! The good part is that many many Students have opted for KCT, not just parents! But the best part was when one of the Toppers said that he decided KCT for sure and that was because he was following us all and KCTs activities on this page! All this makes me feel happy but this is huge responsibility! The institution has to live up to only exceed the expectations.... They all look so happy and pleased, as if their goal is reached.... And also some worried to leave their children back.... But most children were not crying! :-) We have launch these 1100+ KCTians into an amazing future! 24/7*365 efforts needed! :-)
