Today…up at 3:30 (I got a great nights sleep YAY!!!). Gratitude Rocks session for a close friend who has been an insperation in my life and just an all around really cool Human Being. Thinking of my mother naturally getting back into focus about my health and my business…super foods shake this morning with fresh wild Grass, dandelion leaves marijuana leaves and then added my super-foods mixes added water and BLAST OFF…life has become a lot simpler for me by adding my super-foods shakes then adding my essentials via a wheat grass juicer. I must admit I do NOT MISS the 18 to 20 hrs a week I used to spend driving around trying to buy everything I needed for my juices, then the making of the Gallons of juice, then the clean up…I get everything via super-foods in the integrative nutritions Ive come to learn my body so desperately needs to properly thrive on. Though the juiced then live powdereds have 95% of the enzymes alive in it. These will never come to fully replace juicing in my life. But boy has it ever made my life so much simpler !. I can now use that extra 18 to 20 hrs a week to fulfill other areas of my life. Ive also discovered how to deliver all my super foods and fresh juices at an absorbstion rate of approximately 100 times the normal rate into my cellular structure…while Im still experimenting with this, once I have lived this enough to talk about it thru experience and having enough testimonies from people who I am currently coaching in this area. I WILL PUBLICLY let everyone know about it…even though it will cost me in ridicule and possibly more…Blessings to ALL….Livin Life/Lovin Life…The Raw Food Trucker.
