Today was Norm Gellers last official day of full-time employment at VTCC. As I reflect on his successful career, some guiding principles surface that I call Norms Norms. I shared them at the farewell party his office held in his honor. Several people have asked for a copy so I am listing them here. I think we can all gain some inspiration from his years of dedicated work helping children and families. And eat chocolate along the way!
