Today was a beautiful day! I was able to coach 12 woman and 1 male for the past twelve weeks for a Bikini competition and a mens physique competition! Today was the day that all the hard work got to be show cased on stage as some went home with trophies and some didnt yet I coach team CCF to not think about just hardware yet think about the gains that they have made along the way of this fitness journey! Some get me a little confused by thinking this is all I care about yet truly that is not the case at all! I feel the opportunity to coach people along the show world is just so gratifying not because they look hot yet l see that lives are completely changed, so much is learned and the confidence levels are from a 1 to a 10 which will always help out in life situations!!!! I am so excited to watch Team CCF rock the stage and all the other athletes do the same! It was a beautiful night! One of which I cherish and enjoyed so much yet I have got to say that I loved witnessing the everyday real life as well!!! Thank you Team CCF as you took home 2nd place for the Nevada State Show! We had a very unique team that shared so much love to not only each other yet others! To me that is what life is all about cause everyone will wake up tomorrow as life goes on and to look back and know that you were kind, happy, positive and friendly along the way only makes for better memories and more drive to live a passionate life beyond what we know now!!! I have the best job in the world ... I want to scream this to China and back!!!! Jumping up and down!! Happy feet! Side shuffle back and forth and my own little pee wee Herman dance!
